We are Anaconda, an Award Winning dance troupe specialising in Egyptian, Bolly, Romany, Tribal and Fusion (list not exhaustive) to suit all occasions.

We are some of the most daring women with our own unique brand of classical and theatrical bellydance.

Maidstone Mela

The Mela is a celebration of the diversity of the borough through music, food and dance. The Mela has a truly international theme with stalls preparing, cooking and selling their national and regional cuisine as well as displaying crafts and national dress. On the stage there is full programme of culturally diverse entertainment. You will see us perform at 2:30pm so please come and enjoy an afternoon of fun and music.

The Art Market

Making Art Work is launching the first indoor ART MARKET in Maidstone. Loosely inspired by the success of “the art car boot fair”, the ART MARKET event will be held in the historic agricultural hall in the heart of the busy market place.

Anaconda will be doing something particularly different so see you there!

A fantastic evening with an awesome 90's playlist and after-party, buffet meal at your table and we encourage you to raid your wardrobe and dress up as your preferred 90's icon! Whether that's Courtney Love or David Hasselhoff, we'll welcome you all!

Sweeps Festival - performing alongside Hudson and Cutler

We are very excited to be dancing alongside the very talented Hudson and Cutler folk band at the Gordon Hotel during the Sweeps Festival. Hudson and Cutler are on from 12:30-2:00 and we hope you join us for a dance.

The Hope Festival

Hope is a well established, small,not for profit, non-corporate, Live Music Festival. We hope you can join us to support this fantastic event and prepare yourself for a music extravaganza. We will be performing on the bar stage, time to be confirmed.

Hudson and Cutler at the Granville Arms, Rochester

We will again be performing alongside the wonderful Hudson and Cutler, otherwise known as the Hot Rats for this awesome live music night, we will be on at 8:30pm so I hope to see you all there!

Snodland Carnival

We are very excited to be a part of the Carnvial this year so come and join us in the arena for some bellydancing fun, watch the Carnival procession and enjoy the amazing fair.

Charing House Care Home Summer Fete

Charing House is known in the area as being the former Municipal Buildings, Canterbury Street and has been tastefully converted into a Care Home to an extremely high specification whilst retaining its original architectural beauty. We will be joining them at 12:15pm to help celebrate the start of summer!

Tribal Earth Festival

One of the most relaxed, family friendly, enjoyable Summer festival with a fantastic line- up of bands, workshops, fire show, circus skills, forest school, kid's area, stalls, food and fun. Don't miss out. The Summer Gathering is limited to just 500 people. Book your tickets now!

All profits are donated to the Pegasus Children's Project in Kathmandu

3rd September

Faversham Hop Festival

With over 50 bands, dance acts, fairground, street parades and performances, circus workshops, punch and judy shows, magic shows and over 80 trading stalls in the streets. Anaconda will be joining this incredible festival again this year and it is set to be a fab day, time to be confirmed.

Tunbridge Wells Mela

A celebration of worldwide music, arts, dance and food with diversity at it's heart. Line up includes Bhangra Superstar Jassi Sidhu and Stevie Wonder Tribute Stevie One. Now in it's 11th year. Anaconda will be performing at 1:45pm so be sure you are there early so you won't miss out!

Maidstone Mueseum Lates: Fright Night

Prepare yourself for Halloween! Hear from the museum's curators on a tour of the weird and sometimes disturbing objects in their collections. Then at 19:45, we will be treating you all to a chilling and creepy performance. Not for the faint-hearted!

Margate Carnival

Come and join Anaconda and the wonderful team who organise Margate Carnival for a fun filled day out including the infamous procession through the town. Anaconda may have something quirky up their sleeve for you all!

Tonbridge Calling

A free community event with live music and family fun! Situated aat Tonbridge Racecourse Sportsground between 12-7pm, you will see Anaconda in all our Romany elegance perform at 2:30pm.
